I feel like a bad mommy. A week ago, when i was running around I stopped into Petsmart to buy some flea medicine for Barley- I normally get it at the vet but could not make it there... so I figured all flea meds were the same. NOT!!! Poor Barley got a chemical burn from the ointment- and I just had to spend a day and $400 at the vet. To make matters worse, the poor puppy has to wear a stupid plastic collar and be on steroids for a week or so. And Dave and I had to bathe him and wash all the blankets and vaccum the rugs. I feel totally wiped out. And Barley feels worse.
